How Yoweby | Ride Me Home works?

Download Yoweby Rider app for passenger and Yoweby Driver app for Yoweby partners/drivers.

Yoweby is a technology platform. Our smartphone apps connect driver-partners and riders.

In cities, where Yoweby | Ride Me Home operates, use your rider app to request a ride. When a nearby driver-partner accepts your request, your app displays an estimated time of arrival for the driver-partner heading to your pickup location. Your app notifies you when the driver-partner is about to arrive.

Use your app to enter your preferred destination anytime before or during the ride. If you have a preferred route, it’s helpful to talk through the directions together.

When you arrive at your destination and exit the vehicle, your trip ends. Your fare is automatically calculated and charged to the payment method you’ve linked to your Yoweby | Ride Me Home account.

Immediately after a trip ends, your app will ask you to rate your driver from 1 to 5 Stars. Driver-partners are also asked to rate riders. Our feedback system is designed to foster a community of respect and accountability for everyone.

How to install Yoweby Apps?
Android Users:
  • Open Google Play Store application
  • Search for "Yoweby Rider"
  • Download and Install the application
  • Tap OPEN after installation is complete
  • Run the application
How to create a Yoweby rider account?

If you are a new to Yoweby | Ride Me Home you can create an account to start using our services:

  • Open "Yoweby Rider" application
  • Enter "Name, Email, Mobile, Password"
  • When Signup is Completed
  • Enjoy ride
How to report lost and found?
There are 2 ways you can report a lost and found. If you have not downloaded our smartphone apps you can report a lost and found from our website. Please visit Complain page and select lost and found selection. Before you submit a report please write us details about the incident including your phone number and proof of ownership.
If you are using one of our smartphone app please follow instruction below and submit a lost and found report.
  • Open "Yoweby Rider" application
  • Login to your account
  • Click on "Report Issue" from left sidebar menu
  • Choose "I lost an item"
  • Enter the phone number to be contacted at
  • Select your ride
  • Enter details
  • Submit Issue

Once we receive report through our website or apps we will review/investigate on the case. If our driver found any item on the car driver must notify dispatcher so we can return lost and found item to it's owner ASAP. After getting confirmation from driver we will then contact with the owner of the item and offer a delivery service for a delivery charge (Regular fare rate or a $5 charge if driver has to go back to the passenger) or passenger can come and pick up the item from our YOWEBY | RIDE ME HOME office.

Can I schedule a ride with Yoweby?
  • Open "Yoweby Rider" application
  • Login to your account
  • Enter Drop Location
  • Select preferred car type
  • Click on "Ride Later" button beside "Ride Now"
  • Select Date, Time
  • Confirm Ride
Can I cancel a ride?
  • Open "Yoweby Rider" application
  • Login to your account
  • Open "My Rides" page from sidebar menu
  • Select "Cancel Ride" from bottom of the screen
  • Select Cancel Reason
  • Your ride is now cancelled

Can I schedule a ride to drop off/pick up from Airport?

  • Yes you can
Do Yoweby guarantee a ride for me?

Yoweby | Ride Me Home actively monitors availability to ensure that a car will arrive during the period you schedule a ride, but does not guarantee your scheduled ride. In the rare case a car cannot be found, you'll be notified immediately.

Can I request my driver to wait for me?

When your driver arrives at the pickup location, a notification is sent to passenger communicating his / her arrival. The driver will wait for up to 5 minutes after arriving at the location; If the ride doesn't start within 5 minutes, wait-time charges will kick in.

Can I make multiple stop?

Yoweby | Ride Me Home just added a new feature that allows riders to make up to minimum stops along their trip from within the app.

How do I know the estimate cost for my ride?
  • You will see your estimated travel cost while making booking through applications
What payment options are available?

No, By-law we are not allowed to accept cash. You must add available payment option in your Yoweby account.
